From its simple beginnings providing traditional services

Leo Paper Bags was born.

We delivered the first Leo
gift bag products to clients in the United States.

Our first dedicated manufacturing plant in the PRC (Guandong Nanhai) opened for business.

We established two new Leo companies ~ Leo Paper Products, our second company, focused on books and paper products.

Leo made a move! Transferred our primary operations from Hong Kong to our new Heshan Astros Factory in the PRC.

We opened our second sales office,
Leo Marketing, in the United Kingdom.

We established our third overseas sales office, Leo Europe, in Belgium.

The Leo Paper Group was officially formed, bringing all of our Leo businesses under a single parent entity.

We launched our fourth overseas sales office, Leo USA (New York), to service our expanding
East Coast market.

The Heshan Leo Packaging & Printing Ltd. factory was established.

Leo Creative (Shanghai) Trading Co. Ltd. opened in Shanghai, streamlining our services
and bringing our designers even closer to clients.

Shanghai Tophand Business Printing Co. Ltd. factory was established.

Leo Europe opened a sub-branch located in Milan, Italy.

The Leo Innovative Technology Centre came on-line, marking a new era in printing
with the implementation of digital technology.

Jiangmen Astros Vocational and Technical School in Heshan factory area is established.

We move towards our 30th Anniversary.

Our Italy sales office relocated from Milan to Bologna.

We move towards our 35th Anniversary.
