With this year’s event theme
“Fear no challenges, Raise our competitiveness”, we held the annual event of the announcement of the Leo Paper Group final financial results for year end 2019 through the web conference format for the first time. It was presented on May 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time), connecting with Leo headquarters in Hong Kong, Heshan factory in China and in Toronto where our Mr. Johnny Fung, Group Managing Director is located. Though Leo is a private company and manufacturer, we voluntarily share our annual results like publicly listed companies’ practice. Event participants included over 80 persons and among these, more than 47 bankers and partners from 13 banks in Hong Kong.
Our financial results in 2019 were satisfactory, while 2020 is proving to be a challenging year. Striving to be a great company, our Group Chairman and Group Managing Director made speeches to show Leo’s positive mindset by proactively turning challenges into opportunities. For the time being, we have been putting intense efforts into making faster progress and continuous improvement. We have set a fast pace to become a great company with more smart changes realized in our business operations.
The web conference included a Q&A section with four questions from bankers that were answered. We would like to thank all of our bankers and partners for their trust and support over the decades.
