Friends of the Earth (HK) Workshop 2012

201205221012
On April 20, 2012, Friends of the Earth (HK) coordinated an annual workshop at our Heshan factory to increase awareness at the corporate and individual levels, as well as discuss the importance and urgency of environmental conservation.

This year, Mr. Edwin Lau, Director of General Affairs of the Friends of the Earth (HK), shared his thoughts on the topic of “Environment and Survival Concerns in Developing Countries”. He interacted with our Leonians through various activities and answered questions about key green issues.

To conclude the workshop, our chairman, Mr. Samuel Leung, shared our corporate citizenship and business philosophy among Leonians. Our efforts to conserve the environment must start with each employee. On the product development side, our environmentally-friendly initiatives and solutions start at source, from raw materials and design and process applications to every step along the supply chain, in order to obtain environmental conservation.

In the long term, we strive to achieve our zero-waste and carbon neutral vision. Sustainable practices will not only benefit the planet, the environment, the country and the local community, but also our clients and ourselves.
