We are proud to win the Outstanding Award in this year’s Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) Quality Award. This is one of the highest-level management awards in Hong Kong. The award presentation ceremony was held at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong on October 17, 2022. We were one of the five winners in the ceremony.
Organized by the HKMA, this annual event was first launched in 1991 and its purpose is to draw public’s attention to enterprises that have achieved outstanding standards of quality and have made a lasting commitment to the process of quality management. Based on the Baldrige criteria for performance excellence framework, its stringent assessment process includes seven categories of leadership, strategy, customers, measurement/ analysis/ knowledge management, workforce, operations and results. It also emphasizes that success of an enterprise not only requires high-quality products but highly depends on high-quality management.
