Supplier Qualification Program (SQP) provides an industry standard that drives continuous improvement through open benchmarking. There were more than 7,000 enterprises participated in this program. The SQP assessment result of 95 that we obtained this July outperformed both the global average score of 80 and industry average score of 82 out of 100.
Performed by Intertek, an independent third-party accredited organization, the SQP assessment covers eight key areas in the evaluation of the facility including Management Commitment and Continual Improvement; Risk Management; Quality Management Systems; Sites and Facilities Management; Product Control; Product Testing; Process Control; Personnel Training and Competency. This program helps clients assess their suppliers through the benchmarking of quality control and risk management in order to ensure the continued quality of products supplied.
