FamLoop™ has received good news to start off the new year! DK Peekaboo! Read-along stories, developed by FamLoop™ for Dorling Kindersley (DK), were featured in Apps Playground's 100 Best iPad Apps for Kids 2013 edition.
Transforming the popular DK series from physical lift-the-flap books into an application on the tablet was not a simple process. Other than keeping the most fundamental functions, the lift-the-flap, in the app, FamLoop™ also added other digital elements to further enhance the surprise factor, which is the unique selling point of the Peekaboo! series. The app includes games such as matching pairs, hide-and-seek and coloring. It also has a read-along function that allows users to tap on each word to hear it aloud, which is perfect for encouraging early word recognition and memory skills. The book is now available at the
