We were delighted to be invited to join the ICTI Ethical Toy Program (IETP) Family-Friendly Spaces (FFS) Program this year. The event had 50 excited participants of little Leonians, our management, representatives from our business partners and the IETP team which all participated in the opening ceremony held at our Leo Astros Greenfield Garden on July 21, 2023.
The IETP has ran the FFS program for 8 years. It co-organizes the participating factories that provide secure and well-equipped space for children. With this program the children can learn, play and be cared for while their parents are at work during the summer. In addition to the well-being and safety, children can join different activities to broaden their horizons and strengthen team spirit.
We care for the well-being of our Leonians and being a certified IETP factory, this program not only supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, but also assists the working parents during the summer months. In addition, we offered some summer classes for our Leonians’ children at our care service center during the summer vacation months. Our little Leonians performed singing, dancing and kung fu to show their fruitful learning results on the closing ceremony held on August 18, 2023. These meaningful projects are also recognized by our business partners who have the shared value of corporate social responsibility.
