202408161405
We recently conducted presentations for our European and UK clients, specifically addressing the European Union's Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). The EUDR is set to come into effect on December 30, 2024, specially for large enterprises, with the purpose of combatting deforestation and promoting sustainable sourcing practices. During these presentations, we demonstrated our strong commitment to EUDR compliance and provided a comprehensive overview of our due diligence process. The participants responded positively, appreciating our proactive approach and dedication to sustainability.

As a responsible company, we have taken proactive measures to prevent deforestation and forest degradation. Through a meticulous due diligence process, we have been collaborating closely with our suppliers to gather necessary information and mitigating any potential risks associated with our materials and products. We are developing an IT platform to enhance transparency, traceability, and streamline data collection, integration, and reporting for due diligence purposes. Furthermore, we proactively monitor any additional announcements from the European Union to ensure prompt and effective responses.

By actively engaging our clients in our sustainability endeavors, we aim to strengthen our collaboration and drive positive changes toward a greener future. Our commitment extends beyond regulatory compliance. We are dedicated to reduce our carbon footprint and preserving global forests and promoting responsible sourcing practices. If you have any inquiries or concerns regarding EUDR, please do not hesitate to contact our sales representatives.
